The Sewage Disposal Units

The waste water need a treatment to remove the sewage contained in it. Sewage is a liquid or semi-liquid wasted that could be very harmful to organism because it contains any toxicate substrate. That’s why the water need to be processed before entering the river.
The processing of water’s sewage involve three stages.First, the water’s sewage will be processed in the settling tank ,then secondly, they will goes to the pump house and the last, the will sent to the sprinkler beds.
The proceeding of sewage begin in the settling tank. The polluted/wasted water sent to the settling tank through the main sewer. After reach the settling tank, the water will be processed by separating the water liquid and the polluting substrate in it (the solid pollutant). The solid pollutants such as the mineral, metal or any other undecayed solids will be removed and burned. And then the water liquid which already separated from it’s solids pollutants sent to the pump house. In the pump house, there is no other procedding happened to the water; the water will be directly pumped to the last stages. The last stages knowned as Sprinkler Beds . The water in this stage will be processed chemically. The water pumped by the pump house goes to the special pipe. This pipe sprinkle the water in to the container below. In the container, the water will be filtered from any toxicate substrate, germs and any harmful microorganicsm using special chemical-filltering method. After the filtering/purified process the clean water will be entering the river thorugh the pipe from the sprinkle beds.

Sewage Disposal Unit

Sewage disposal unit is the way to purified polluted water before enter the river. As we know, this polluted water really dangerous for human health. Before the polluted water purified by sewage disposal unit, the water contents of wastes and dangerous substances from house and factory. Sewage disposal unit help to decrease the dangerous of polluted water before they enter the river.

There are three steps in sewage disposal unit to purify the polluted water. First , the polluted water come from the main sewer and store in the settling tank. In this settling tank, some of substances in polluted water change into sediment formed. Than, the water is pumped by the pump house in oder to make the polluted water enter the sprinkler bed. After that, the polluted water purified in the sprinkle bed. In sprinkler beds, polluted water will be purified and will remove from microorganisms, stones, and other dangerous substances. Water that comes out from sprinkler bed will be safe to enter the river,

Less of dangerous for the environment, and human health.

Three Stages to Remove Contaminants from the Sewage

Sewage is the liquid waste produced by humans which typically contains washing, faeces, urine, laundry waste and other liquid or semi-liquid wastes from household and industry. It is one type of waste water.
In order to discharge the sewage to the environment, there’s needed to be a sewage treatment. Sewage treatment is the process of removing the contaminants from the waste water. Its objective is to produce a waste stream and a solid waste or sludge, which are suitable for discharge and reuse back into environment.
Sewage treatment involves three stages, called primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment. First, in the primary stage, sewage from the main sewer is flowed to the settling tank. In the settling tank, polluted water is separated from its contaminants. These contaminants will be dissolved and become sediment in the bottom of the settling tank. This sediment is an undecayed solids, so it must be removed and burned.
After that, in the secondary stage, the polluted water is distributed to the pump house. In the pump house, polluted water is pump to reach the sprinkler beds, which is located higher than the grounds.
In the tertiary treatment stage, polluted water is filtered in the sprinkler beds. Polluted water, which has reached rotating arms beneath the sprinkler beds, will be sprayed to the sprinkler beds. The sprinkler beds are designed with layer, so the polluted water can be filtered. This filtering process will remove stones and micro-organisms from the polluted water. Water, which has came out from the sprinkler beds, is not polluted and hazardous anymore. Therefore, it can be discharged to the environment.

Water Purification System

Water is needed in many activities in human life such as in household or industrial activities. However, the outcome of these processes will produce polluted water. Before this polluted water is flown into rivers, the water needs to be purified. The purification process is started when the polluted water, along with some other undecayed materials are flown from the main sewer into the settling tank. In this tank, the undecayed materials are removed and burned while the polluted water is pumped by the pump house into the sprinkler beds which function as a filter machine. In this machine, polluted water is flown to rotating arms. In the rotating arms, polluted water is converted into jets which later will flow into the filter side. In the filter sides, stones and microorganism have already arranged properly to filter the polluted material in the water. After passing this process, the outcome purified water will be flown into the rivers.
